When it comes to project delivery, we take an integrated delivery approach towards COST, SCHEDULE and QUALITY to keep your venture on track (and minimize those nasty surprises you’ve heard about).

Project Delivery.

Getting your project from the whisper of an idea to turning the key to the front door is quite an undertaking.  There is no one rule that applies to every client and project.  However, there are principals to utilize that will bring about a successful project.  We have all heard of horror stories during the design and construction phases of a project.

Here are some of the pitfalls you can run into that we seek to avoid through communication, collaboration, attention to detail, and 30 years of experience.

  • Schedule Delays
  • Cost Over Runs
  • Construction Change Orders
  • Poor Construction Quality
  • The architect didn’t listen
  • Conflicts amongst the Owner, Architects and Contractor

One of the main causes is that there is a lot of essential information that needs to be communicated between everyone involved.  The typical and traditional project design-bid-build delivery method increases the chances of things “going wrong” because each entity has different motivations and different expected outcomes.
